We also will hopefully be having a benefit concert in March or April! Keep your eyes peeled for updates!
Since the New Year we have had many generous anonymous benefactors, because of these donations we are only $4,429.87 away from our goal! Please help us reach the end by sharing our story or donating! Every little bit we receive help us get closer to our goal!

So we have gotten some new Flyers compliments of Minuteman Press of Beverly! and we will be sending out mailers soon! Gabriel is doing great at school although we are going through a period of "NO!" at the moment and he is having a problem sharing attention and a difficult time at going to birthday parties of class mates. We will be doing a Dough raiser soon at Uno's in Swampscott Ma, and if we raise over $1000 we will make 20% of that! During this time we will also be doing raffles and a 50/50. More to come as we get some more solid dates, we will also be coming out with a jewelery line soon!
Thanksgiving is on the way! I feel like I have been under a mountain of meetings and paperwork! Gabriel's progression is very good although some behaviours issues has begun to place a damper on his other improvements. He has begun to REALLY bully his brother. His outward aggression is touch and go too. We have begun to handle the aggression by putting him in his room anytime there is even a small amount of aggression. This seem like it may be starting to work! Gabe will be placed in an integrated classroom with peer partners. For those of you that are unfamiliar with an IEP this means that Gabriel will be in class with some children like himself, with a deficit or even an ASD diagnosis as well as children around his age without any diagnosis that will be models for him to interact with. The classes are based on ABA learning criteria and he will have more intensive services for OT once a week, Speech 2 times a week, and stay 2 hours longer a day for services, and also attend school on fridays which his brother Ayden does not do. He will be joining his brother Ayden and hopefully he will do great! More updates to come!
Gabriel's IEP (Individualized Education Program) meeting is this monday so stay tuned to hear what the school has to offer our little Gabe for services! Its been a rough last couple of weeks we tried bumping up his Tenex to 1/2 mg to try and slow him down a bit but all we seemed to et was a child who was just as active but burnt out and had a shorter fused faster. so we weaned him back down to the 1/4 a mg and should be speaking with the Neuro to understand if this medication really is the best one? We hope to get our ducks in a row before school!
Gabriel's total has reached $2,168!! We are climbing to our goal and can't do it without you! Please keep sharing our story and Donate what your can!! Gabriel will be visiting the Neurologist tomorrow and we will have an update for all of you following Gabriel's Journey.
So Gabriel has made $682 so far which is amazing but we still have a ways to go! So please keep RT the Link sharing on Facebook and passing around the flyers!
